I have a client that would relocate to anywhere in the world for the right 'boutique' resort that fits their needs. They want to open a smallish eco-friendly, adventure tourism destination, focusing on alcohol, tobacco and other drug-free resort living and holiday. Looking in the price range of 1-2 million Canadian.
